This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited on the Social Tycoon platform. It applies to you as a customer and to your end users. As the operator of your network, you are responsible for enforcing rules at least as protective as this AUP within your community. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
01Purpose
We want the Service to be safe, lawful and reliable for everyone. This AUP sets clear boundaries. We may update it as risks and regulations evolve, and we may act to protect the Service, its users and third parties.
02Prohibited content
You and your end users must not post, store or transmit content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or deceptive.
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Contains child sexual abuse material or sexualizes minors in any way.
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence or self-harm.
- Constitutes hate speech or harassment targeting protected characteristics.
- Is sexually explicit where not permitted, or is otherwise obscene.
- Contains malware, or facilitates illegal goods, services or gambling.
03Prohibited conduct
You and your end users must not:
- Harass, threaten, bully, stalk or impersonate others.
- Send spam, chain messages or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, fake engagement or manipulation.
- Collect or scrape data from the Service without authorization.
- Misrepresent identity, affiliation or the origin of content.
04Security violations
You must not attempt to compromise the Service or its users, including by: probing, scanning or testing vulnerabilities without authorization; breaching authentication or access controls; introducing malicious code; interfering with or disrupting service (for example, denial-of-service attacks); or circumventing usage limits, rate limits or filtering.
05Enforcement
If we believe a violation has occurred, we may remove or disable content, suspend or terminate access, and notify the appropriate authorities where required. Where practical and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to address the issue; serious or repeated violations may result in immediate action.
06Reporting abuse
To report content or behavior that may violate this AUP, call us on 0745.393.778 or use the contact form. End users of a customer network should first use the reporting tools provided by that network’s operator.
