This Cookie Policy explains how Social Tycoon uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing websites and admin console. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Cookies set within a customer’s own social network are governed by that network operator’s configuration and notices.
01What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels and software development kits (SDKs) in mobile apps — perform comparable functions. They help websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to the site owner.
02Types of cookies we use
We group cookies into the following categories:
| Category | Purpose | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Enable core functionality such as security, network management, authentication and load balancing. The Service cannot function properly without them. | No |
| Preferences | Remember choices you make — language, region, theme and similar — to personalize your experience. | Yes |
| Analytics | Help us understand how visitors use our sites so we can measure and improve performance. Data is aggregated where possible. | Yes |
| Marketing | Used to deliver relevant advertising and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, sometimes across sites. | Yes |
03How long cookies last
Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. We use both, depending on the function the cookie performs.
04Third-party cookies
Some cookies are placed by trusted third parties that provide services on our behalf, such as analytics and advertising providers. These parties may process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control cookies set on third-party websites that may be linked from our sites.
05Managing your preferences
Where required, we present a consent banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies and adjust your choices at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and to be notified when one is set. Note that blocking some cookies may affect how the Service functions.
06Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no industry standard for responding to DNT, so we currently do not respond to these signals. We honor the choices you make through our consent tools and your browser settings.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, law or our practices. We will post the revised version with a new “last updated” date.
